Rarity vs Weighting #26

Currently players have to specify both weighting and rarity when adding a character. Ideally, since the two concepts are linked to an extent, one should inform the other.

Either:

  • Have players specify the rarity of a character (1-5 stars)
    • The system will assign a pre-defined weighting based on rarity (Maybe 1.0 for 1-stars and 0.01 for 5-stars, for example)
  • Have players specify a weight of the character (0.0-1.0)
    • The system will assign a rarity based on weighting

This would also involve removing the unspecified stat from the database, as the other can simply be calculated from it
